Many methods are used to catch bluefish. Using "Gotcha" lures, Finger Mullet rigs and plain bottom rigs all work well.
With What Fresh mullet, fresh shrimp, and lures. Blues won't eat squid.
When Most of the year, not the middle of Winter or Summer.
Where Saltwater (everywhere).
Why Some people like to eat them, other people fish for them for sport only. I like them fresh, broiled. If you keep them for eating they should be bled as soon as possible, cut them at the gills.
