| Why | I have heard that if eaten incorrectly puffer fish can be poisonous but I don't know for sure. (That was the disclaimer, don't sue me!). Puffer fish have a strip of meat on both sides of their backbone, towards the top of the fish. The meat strips are about the size of a finger and are delicious. If you want to chance it be sure you cut away everything but those 2 strips. |
